TRACK A SHIPMENT
Once your 3 PEAKS order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Alternatively, you can log in to your 3 PEAKS account and track through order history.

FREE SHIPPING over $100
$7.50 for orders under $100
Your order will be sent once the transaction is complete - as standard please allow 3 working days plus shipping.
For shipping outside of New Zealand we will notify you of shipping options and associated cost. All orders are dispatched within 3 working days of confirmed order from our Auckland HQ.
All orders are shipped via NZ Couriers and require a signature on delivery.

RETURNS
If you change your mind, you can return or exchange the unused product with packaging in good order within 30 days.
HOW TO RETURN

Register your return online from your user account.

Put the unused products in their original packaging make sure the hang tags are still on.

Package for shipping with the returns note inside the package.

Properly seal the package, address and return.

Shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We recommend choosing to ship with tracking in case something unforeseen happens.
All returns must be registered online prior to shipping it to us.
30-day return policy
The product(s) you return must be unused, unwashed and in its original state with hang tags on.
We will handle your return as fast as possible, but please allow up to 2 weeks from the date of receipt for the refund to be in your bank account.
