3 Peaks will repair or replace your garment within 12 months of purchase if it is faulty due to the manufacturing, stitching or knit and with proof of purchase.

WHAT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Our warranty covers product and material defects, whether the product is new or used. If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your 3 PEAKS product, please contact us to discuss the issue, so that we can resolve it to your satisfaction.
Our knits and products are proudly made and produced in New Zealand and if the product has a knit, stitching or manufacturing fault we will repair or if necessary, replace it.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. This means you will not be covered by damage caused by accidents, improper use or care, or the natural breakdown of colours and materials over extended use and time.
If the product is not covered by warranty, we will still try to repair any damage as part of our Repurpose and Recycle Policy.
On returning the product to us, a quote will be sent for repair and return shipping. Warranty claims with proof of purchase will be accepted or declined after evaluation. If the warranty is accepted, you will be offered a replacement product, repair, a store credit or a refund.
